Some believe JackE could be fired, yet then he was able to go to Cal and influence him in the hire? That makes no sense.

so clearly he wasn’t about to be fired.

Organizational culture is top down. Universally. In pretty much every business and organization I’ve ever seen.

    Texans be screwed.

So I am talking to Khan’s brother on line app right now. Through a game we both play.
Definitely true he was offered the job and then told they went a different direction.

Absolutely amazing what some of these guys in a sports chat would offer.
San Fran first this year and next plus Jimmy G. And thinking that’s overpay.
    Idiots

Let's be honest. Cal is a gullible rube. You wouldn't need super powers to dupe him into believing you're Jesus reincarnated.

They believed he could be fired if a new GM, like Khan, came in and didn't want him. Easterby convinced/duped Cal into hiring someone he knew wouldn't get rid of him.

Texans looking more racist year after year.

Remember that rumor Houston didnt draft VY because they didnt want the face of their franchise to be a black dude?

I’m asking right now if Easterby was discussed in interview with Khan.

It is embarrassing... but more so as to why you’d want to compound the embarrassment.

That was never a rumor... and it turns out it would have been a very Texan like bust of a draft pick. Turns out that was not the draft everybody thought it would be, and the guy they picked ended up with the most career earnings

How awful of a post is this? On so many levels. You should be ashamed of yourself and commit to some sensitivity training.

Oh, and by the way, Vince Young was a terrible professional. And the Texans had no problem making Watson the face of the franchise.

Everyone also needs to keep in mind that Adam Schefter and the leadership of PFF outright hate the Texans due to their competing politics. This is a pretty obvious media hit job here. Completely unfair.
