    Westbrook, Doncic and Jokic.

    Triple double trio.

No. He just lost a step. Lost athleticism due to age and a few leg injuries plus terrible BBIQ equals the worst contract in the NBA.

Harden's court vision is so great he can see teammates open on the bench. :D

Thomas Bryant tore his ACL. That guy was one of their most consistent players and was playing well with Russ. uh oh.

Between bad decision making and bad luck, this Washington team isn't catching any breaks.

I am beginning to honestly feel sorry for them.

Been having a decent amount of fun laughing at Russ, but this could explain why he is even worse than usual. I’ve watched his highlights from at least 4 games this year so far and he lacks explosiveness and isn’t attacking the basket with the reckless abandon that is his trademark. He may not be fully recovered from that quad. It’s been long enough you would think. Is this the beginning of the end? His lack of basketball IQ paired with horrendous shooting and defense along with mediocre ball handling and court vision were all masked by all-time great level athleticism.

Exactly. To borrow from coach Silas, "adaptability". John Wall is like a CP3 with less IQ and more athletic ability. Unlike Westbrook, he can run the offense and get everybody involved

his PER, TS%, and WS48 are all amazingly similar to the playoffs last year. obviously, i figured he would be terrible but not "2020 playoffs" terrible. maybe it wasn't an anomaly, but the beginning of a trend. his WS48 is literally like negative half an average player. so not only is westbrook playing like a g-league player, but it's as if he has the power to make another player on the court spend half their time also playing like a g-league player.

wanted to not have to play with westbrook any more.

i was gonna say they should just shut westbrook down at this point because the season is over, but then i realized they were trying to lose games.

but you're right, it's getting sad now.

Westbrook and Dwight Howard with the Rockets have one thing in common. They both insisted on playing their game a certain way despite it not working.

I don't know Dwight's game these days. Maybe he has moved on. We know Russ hasn't though. Sadly for him, what he was best at, explosiveness to the basket, seems to be curtailed these days due to injury (quad) and/or aging.

So with his best asset diminished and his weaknesses undiminished, he has become a player that doesn't help you, perhaps at any price, but definitely not at $40M or whatever he is making.

Lowest IQ player, possibly ever, is continuing to lose his physical gifts and his game continues to get worse and worse.
