2 days later: "Houston Texans announce Josh McDaniels as new Head Coach, he gets a 6 year contract and is the 4th highest paid head coach in the league. McNair, Easterby, and Caserio flew on a private jet to pick McDaniels up. Deshaun Watson was sent a email 5 minutes prior to making the hire official. The email read: Hey Deshaun, what do you think about Josh McDaniels as the new coach? I'll take a no response as a ringing endorsement."
Nick Caserio will have a hard time gaining anyone's trust because he's coming into a culture of distrust. Only way is to trade Watson and revamp the entire roster. That's hard too because the other players around the league see how Cal is operating and saying screw these good old boys.
