Remember all we worried about was having no qb and Rick smith. I miss those days.

    I miss Bob McNair.

Not sure if I’m serious or not.

deshaun, like your opinion totally matters bro, and we're going to make sure you're cool with our decisions...unless of course jack wants us to do something different, then obviously we gotta do what jack says.

guy can earn some easy respect by just dumping easterby, who has a league-worst -1000 net locker room impact rating. will see how it goes.

It just seems like an an easy win for the organization and sign of good faith to the fans and players. The guy adds zero real value from a football actually being played on the field standpoint, i mean, are his logistic management skills that amazing?

I hope Deshaun gives them the ultimatum. "Trade me or fire Easterby." And even if this ends up Deshaun receiving too much power ala James Harden, at least this gets rid of Jack Easterby.

J.J. and Deshaun waited too long with BoB's incompetency, and now it looks like J.J. is going to join Andre Johnson in wasted Hall of Fame Texans career. Not to mention losing Hopkins who also could have been a career Texans.

    **** Jack Easterby.

Not his call. Pretty clear the deciding factor for Cal was which GM was willing to work with Easterby.

best guess is cal basically paying him to be his friend and afraid he wont get to hang out with him if he doesnt give him a fiefdom in the texans kingdom.

Seems like Cal loves to be the submissive one in a relationship.

He let BOB run all over him
He's letting Easterby run all over him
Caserio will most likely do the same

I wonder what his safe word is.
