Yes Ive seen those videos. I don’t think the whole “Karen” thing was about racist white women only. At least not when it started. As we know, there are plenty of “karens” of all colors. As you can plainly see on this board, racism comes in all colors too.

I have managed both hospitality and retail my entire career. So Ive seen everything imaginable when it comes to customer issues. Of course sometimes customers are right and sometimes they are assholes. As far as racism is concerned, I honestly cant think of more than a couple of things. However, if we are talking about the unreasonable, excitable “let me speak to your supervisor” types, those come in all colors and both men and women are guilty of it. There really is no need to call out peoples race these days. If you sit around on your computer, slamming another race on a message board, I don’t care what color you are you are still a racist. A sad one at that.
