Since I don't live in Houston I have to deal with ABC/TNT/ESPN commentators and was disgusted with the way Rivers was making excuses for the Fakers when it came to fouls. Call me a spoiled sport but it was down right pathetic. I didn't listen to the 4th quarter I was so pissed! Does anyone else feel the same way or am I just a cry baby?
Yeah, I agree. It was so heartbreaking to see Kobe's "kickball" steal that went unnoticed, and Yao's 6th that gave that little b****, Malone, a 3pt play. But, I wouldnt expect anything else from Rivers than to be partial to the Fakers.
Commentators usually don't bother me, but Rivers was just annoying today. He must think Phil is on his way out, thus the audition.
Wow. I actually didn't think Doc Rivers was that bad. When I think bad, I think Eddie Johnson or Sean Elliott.
I like the Doc Rivers and Al Michaels duo, its better than Kevin Harlen yelling everytime Kobe makes a shot.
I think they do a way better job than tnt. Even though knws has bad video quality, I still watch it instead of listening to tnt commentators.
i dunno, even though i was rooting against the lakers, i had a bad taste in my mouth from the commentators who decided to quit giving equal handed comments and instead give rimjobs to LA the entire game. does anyone else feel like they just watched the Karl Malone Fan Club cover the game?
How many times does Doc Rivers say " it is interesting" he says it like 1000 times. It is so annoying.
ABC sucks. Simple. Honestly, could Rivers be sucking up any harder for a job next year? Al Michaels(spelling), or who ever that football guy is. STICK WITH FOOTBALL. Damnit ABC, bring in someone with entertainment value like Walton. It's not as if any of these other fruits really bring any deep analysis to the game, we might as well be entertained while watching the game. ABC SUCKS! And the halftime crew. Good God.
