Only way we should hire Caserio is if he fires Easterby. Easterby needs to be fired yesterday.

lol pathetic. Easterby is hiring his buddies in order to further secure his position on the Texans. McDaniels is next. Ex-Patriots will continue to con Cal McNair for more millions and years on their contract.

Caserio is such a huge letdown if he’s the guy. That’s not a culture change just more Patriots wannabes kowtowing and bootlicking. Everyone sees it the same they saw it with OBrien - Easterby will be the reason for the next implosion it’s so obvious. Guy lied on resumes just to get where he’s at. That’s your spiritual adviser? Reality deniers are a scary new part of society.

There goes Deshaun's comment about loving the people in the building ie not always acting like a holes. You have 3 mini hoodie wannabees, a charlatan preacher man and Nick Caserio. That would be something.

I would love Brady as OC but even then Id rather have Daboll as OC. Im not sold on Brady being a HC.

Look, I hate being Patriot South just as much as the next person. However, Caserio will undoubtedly be a better GM than BOB ever dreamed of being. The key is whether or not Easterby gets to stick around in a position of power. If he’s either gone or Caserio puts him in his place then I’m fine with it. Wouldn’t be my favorite, I’d prefer Dodds, Khan, etc over him but whatever.

Brady is risky but probably has the highest upside of any of the potential HCs. If he’s a hit, with him being only 31, then you’ve got your HC locked up for a very long time. And if he really did impress that much in the interview then I would think that’s a pretty good sign given what he would need to do as a 31-yr old OC in order to have an impressive interview.

Caserio is buddies with Easterby. The best way for job security is to hire your buddies, it's a tried and true method no matter what type of company you're in. Why would Caserio put his buddy Eastery "in his place"? It's far more likely that he lets Easterby stay given that he owes Easterby for hiring him as the GM.

Hope this is Pancakes doing Pancakes things but won’t surprise me. It is more of the same with the McNairs.

I feel like McClain has developed some sort of direct line of communication with Cal ever since Bob McNair passed away. He’s been pretty plugged in to what’s going on so I believe Caserio is basically confirmed. My only hope now is that our HC isn’t a New England guy. I want no part of Mcdaniels
