Can’t produce myself but apparently their is video of women who dimed him out at a New Year’s Eve party. If that’s true he’s good as gone....

He was at the game and on the bench. I am willing to bet this is fake news.

Hopefully this isn’t Harden faking injury to force a trade. It DID look like he twisted his ankle last game, but it sucks having to be so pessimistic given how unusual it is for Harden to sit a game out.

They’ll be a lot of this going on throughout the year. In years past harden would 100% play through an ankle injury. Mr durability was one of his biggest traits.

it was a good test though....the team got the dub with 13 closely watching, slowly chipping a way at him to get him to warn up to staying.

    Wall w/ Rockets = 2-0

Just saying this team without harden last year would not have won the game. John wall has the same heart but just plays smarter basketball. I said this when we got Wall that he turns the game into a 5 on 5 basketball game instead of 1 on 5. John Wall at a high level and healthy makes us instantly better than last years team. Now to get us a long lengthy tall 3 to play the sf position and this team is set. Sterling brown looks ready to take EG's spot in the rotation.

I was at the game, sitting near rockets bench. Yes, Harden was sitting at the end of the bench but... he was was clapping/cheering during the game. Joining TOs, talking to players, especially House, PJ, Tate, and Wall. It wasn't cheerleading levels of effort but Harden has never really been that type. That said, I still think he longs for Morey and/or MDT. It hasn't been enough time for him to get over their loss it seems. Rox gonna have to do a lot of winning this year to change his mind about retiring a Rocket.

Sooner or later Harden will realize that he would not find a better supporting cast than he has now with Wall and Wood. He would have a better chance competing for a championship by staying a Rocket.

Other NBA players sit out games with sprained ankles. Harden usually plays through minor injuries. These are two facts yet many don’t seem able to reconcile why James would occasionally do something that other NBA players are advised to do lol. I don’t want James to play unless he’s healthy

We been wanting James to sit for years when he has a minor injury. Of course, this year we are all on edge with the current situation :p:D.

He played through it, and he probably could have played again, if he was team committed, this is why it is news.....he is protecting himself when he has never done that before.

I'm pretty sure it's John Walls feet that are hurting his ankles.

this makes the most sense. It will help a lot if Wall, Cousins, Woods and freaking MIA Eric Gordon show up and produce. Obviously it was against SAC town but if they can show up and produce, over time you'd like to think that slowly seeps into Harden's thinking and maybe he ends up playing out the rest of this season without any problems. But let's face it, it feels like if we don't get to the WC finals that Harden is gonna want out in the offseason, or threat to bolt in free agency leaving us nothing.

Thank god he’s not trying to play through injuries in a meaningless regular season game at age 31. I’d be hesitant to say it shows a lack of commitment. There’s no way for us to know how much the ankle is bothering him...we’ve been blessed with his good health throughout his tenure here thus far
