Nwaba needs to be in the rotation. Mclemore may have been quarantined out of a spot.

We'd be giving up a ton of points if we're playing a combination of House, Gordon, and McLemore but sitting Tate and Nwaba. There's clearly a logjam for minutes but you've got to play guys that can defend.

can someone tell him to just get more arc on his shots? seems like an easy fix. his jumper is flatter than my ex's t***.

Super deep team at the guard and forward positions, McLemore will get his minutes because of the 3 ball, but Nwaba has earned minutes too.

Nwaba shoots threes like someone not strong enough to shoot em. He puts his body into it, his kicks his legs out a bit in a squirming fashion, and just in general there are way too many moving parts to be reliable with it.

He’s got great energy on both offense and defense, but to me shooting is the most important skill anyone can have in this system. If you have to pick between him, Brown, and Tate, I’m sorry but I’m going with the other two.

This is the kind of surprise game a good role player will give you in a seven game series.

    Okay Stone!!

you are the best coach paid millions to coach you find the ways to include him, you dont have to pick between.... its a sacrilege to throw him out of rotation

you can absolutely be a contributor even if you cant shoot at all

for gods sake rockets got beaten by rondo of all people last year

ENERGY is the most efficient shot

    TAKE THAT FOR DATA

Don't sleep with David Nwaba either if you have a basketball. He'll probably steal it like he does on the court and toss it somewhere near your John Wallpaper and it'll somehow end up with one of your Cousins in their House. If he bounces it off your Wood floors though, look for it in the bedroom. When he does that it'll likely put it on the bed and Tucker it in for the night. Unless he's wearing his Brown pantent leather Sterling shoes. That pair is Tate as hell.

    i'm an idiot, please ignore.

It was actually Morey who signed Nwaba during the bubble in June. Nets raved about him before his injury. I think he should get 15-20 minutes a game. Play Tucker and House less to keep them more fresh? Don’t know where Bmac fits in. Prefer Brown over him at the moment and think Nwaba will be a more impactful player even if his shot is not great. He has shot with decent efficiency in the past.

Nwaba's minutes should go up incrementally. He does need to be an integral part of the rotation.

With his arm length and thickness he should be PJ's backup at the 4. That would allow Tate more minutes as well.

These are the 10 guys period,

    Wood / Boogie
    Tucker / Nwaba
    House / Tate
    Harden / Gordon / Brown
    Wall / Gordon / Brown

The areas for clear upgrade would be backup C because Boogie looks washed. The rest of the 9 players are pretty decent.

Nwaba's been a fun player to watch. Issue I see is just a numbers game. Who gets minutes? McLemore, House, Brown, Gordon, Tate, or Nwaba? Feels like they're all competing for the same spots to some degree. Yes, Tate and House might play flex-4 positions on occasion, but the question is if you're going to give a guy 10-20 mins a game, who gets it? Right now, Brown has played better and overachieved imo. If he keeps it up, chances are Nwaba won't see the court much when McLemore comes back.

Saying Nwaba can’t shoot is like saying Wood can’t defend.

Nwaba is coming off a 43% from 3 year. 63 TS% overall causes he’s a monster at finishing and drawing fouls.

His shot and offense is fine. Silas needs to play him. Period.
