Rockets have more to gain on breaking down film. Kings can’t stop Harden and Wall improves with his shot selection and turnovers. Nwaba makes an appearance and shines. Rockets win!
I think we should play better considering guys had more time together. Kings will be motivated to right their loss though and they are no scrub team anymore.
This is a coach that thinks Nwaba is essentially unplayable. Probably based on a two-game sample size of bad 3P shooting. And Nwaba is coming off a great 3P shooting year in Brooklyn. I want to really get into the idea that Tate is better than Nwaba. Tate is lauded for his motor, which is good. And his decent feel for offense while not being a shooter. But Tate has to have a higher motor than everyone and cut hard and crash the boards, which by the way, Nwaba does and does better. Tate is not as talented as David. Shorter arms, slower feet, maybe as strong, maybe not. Not as bouncy, not as fast, not as good as a finisher so naturally worse at drawing fouls. Way worse actually. And again, probably worse than Nwaba as a 3P shooter. And yet Silas has the scouting ability of a clutchfan and benches him...Sighhhhhh. I don’t have any faith in Silas and that’s the only way I’ll get through this season. But good luck to ya, guys who believe in him, lol.
