Westbrook literally is what people think Harden is. Dude is just a losing basketball player. I feel bad for him because I wish he wasn't. Tries his ass off and that's what you want but he just can't piece it together.

We'll always have that two month stretch where Morey made what seemed like the one move to optimize Russ and he was legitimately excellent.

I had talked myself into possibly being able to recapture that magic but with more rebounding with the Wood/Covington swap. However, it's really nice not having to watch and root for Russ and his completely boneheaded decision making and lack of self-awareness this year.

I'd also rather just not make the playoffs and watch as a casual observer than root for a team whose "second best player" did what Russ did in the playoffs last year. Hopefully it would have been better without him being injured but that performance was so awful.

 

Maybe? Maybe not. Do you think by not practicing as much it maximizes their on court chemistry?

It seems like practice and a more regimented culture is being denigrated merely because it’s WB preference.

Really ? Last time I checked Houston in the last 8 years has the most total wins and have never missed the playoffs. Been to two western conference finals. . Not bad for a losing player. Harden is universally regarded as an intelligent basketball genius and Russ is universally regarded as a low iq out of control player

 

This is the second time today you’ve falsely attributed a statement/wish to me, even after I explicitly told you I didn’t say it and don’t believe it.

I'm pretty sure he was implying Westbrook is "just a losing basketball player", despite the media more often placing that label onto Harden while calling him a "playoff choker". I could be wrong, but I think you're actually agreeing with him and just misunderstood lol..
