    I don't hate Westbrook like some here. I enjoyed his time here and there was a stretch at the tailend of last season before Covid where he was our best player. That said, the difference between them is small but not negligible. I don't think we have to trade away Capela with Wall but that's not really important now. Even if he doesn't have great chemistry with Harden and they just have to take turns like we have with CP3 and Westie, then there will always be someone on the court that can maximize Wood's value.

    Our defense needs work. Harden was pretty horrible I have to say.

    offense needs some time together, looks like it’ll be fun.

    tangent: all that haliburton buzz I was hearing seems legit. The guy is poised and already a contributor. Looks like they got a good one.

    But that's exactly right. Rondo gets it done his entire career despite it. It's really not the end of a possession and it's fine if the guy has some attempts because you never know, even bad shooters get hot on a good night.

    It's more about the situation and it was clear Wall had open shots in clutch minutes and declined them to make a better play.

    There's a good chunk of good PGs in NBA history that couldn't shoot very well. Doesn't matter if you're creating a shot for a better shooter. If the play ends in EGO getting an open shot (like one of them did at the end of the game, EGO just missed it) then it's a good play. It's a better play than Wall shooting the 3.

    Thats a huge difference. We had to reconstruct our entire play style and team to fit Westbrook. He looked great stats wise for awhile but our rebounding suffered. He ended up getting covid and injured so it was all for not. That doesnt happen with Wall even if Wall gets injured. Wizards look worse WITH Westbrook than they looked without him AND Wall. Meanwhile the Rockets in a game where they played average get a win. I'm also tired so so tired of not being able to call Westbrook out for his nonsense without being called a hater. I called the Wizards not being a playoffs team with Westbrook and now its lookin like that might be reality and people are like its not Westbrooks fault its BS.
