    And he should do that anyway while making a more forceful and sustained case directly to American. This should be part of the Trump is a sore loser and is attempting a coup and make everyone involved hurt politically. It’s pretty easy picking with what they are doing openly.

    The problem is we have a justice caste system. Rich, white, and powerful fall in their own set of rules.

    Nobody has the kahunas to charge and convict these guys. Even if they do, you get some crooked politician like Trump to pardon them

    I saw a tweet just the other day talking about how the GOP needs to do some soul searching. I’m sorry, soul searching? They need to do way more than that after what they’ve done and are currently doing.

    So let me get this straight. Worst case scenario:

    -Senate member objects confirmation
    -forces floor vote
    -vote passes with majority given Romney, Murkowski, and a few others will vote for Biden (2/3 likely but not a given)
    -Pence refuses to recognize, claims in the Senate vote on second slate of electors
    -confusion ensues
    -delay in Senate for days
    -Constitution then recognizes Governors in this case (I believe this is what the Constitution says but correct me if wrong)
    -Governors officially send formal request to Supreme Court ( I believe this is where it goes if Senate refuses to take up vote)
    -Supreme Court rules on Constitutionality
    -Jan 20th - John Roberts swears in Joe Biden, and Biden by law is the President


    Am I missing something? Does the Senate and Pence have more power in the Constitution that I don't see?
