What the Nuggets did 40 years ago, or 20 or 10 or 5 years ago has very little bearing on what the future holds for the Nuggets. This group of decision makers hasn’t been around and they have been very good.

Had the same owner for 20 years so I’m not so confident about that. These types of decisions typically go above GM pay grade.

I don’t doubt they go above the GM, but the fact remains that by luck or skill the Nuggets ownership has put together an exceptional front office and coaching staff and scouting staff. They are not perfect but they know what they are doing.

Murray and Porter would make me think. With as good as Harden is playing, though, the price keeps climbing.

Harden is easily the best scorer in the nba.

If they really offered murray and porter i would have said thank you to Harden and good bye to james. 2 solid players to fill the 2 and 3 and hopefully we won't have to see guys like bruno eat the minutes.

He literally had a great game for any other guard (28/6/4) at half lol. While being doubled.

Owner not a rook anymore and even if he was, that is far from a problem.

The problem is that the owner is cheap AF and dumb AF.

His poor relationship with his greatest asset on his greatest investment is mind boggling bad business.

I know they aren't including wilt's stats. If they did he would lead by a lot given he average 50-20 one season.
