    I’ve said this before. This team can be better than any team Harden will be traded to. Including a Durant and Irving team up.

    If he wants to win ( this year) then he should give it a try. After this year then he can make a good basketball decision regarding his future.

    from an article I just read on The Athletic

    We’ve mentioned this earlier, but it’s clear that Silas is getting through to his team what he wants it to do. Houston made 295 passes against Portland, which currently ranks just outside the top 10 in team passing per Second Spectrum. Houston is already eighth in assists and second in secondary assists — despite playing one game. It’s a good sign of progress.

    for reference, 295 passes per game would have ranked 11th last season and a huge jump up from our 244 passes per game and 29th ranking last season

    also, we had 13 ISO possessions last game...last season we averaged 23

    we’ll see how things continue from here

    Scratch Brooklynn off the list, Dinwiddie just suffered a torn ACL. He was a central piece of any package. Our best way of keeping Harden right now is just winning and playing like we are on a mission. If Harden goes we will lose any chance for a deep run. Wood is going to shine brighter with Harden.

    agreed on the last game, but historically he's been a b**** to harden and i'm saying wtf mostly because i've never seen a ref crew do B2B games for the same team -- maybe it's a new protocol-related thing

    Hard to play D when you got 8 dudes and they’re gassed by the 4th.

    I hope we can win, but Denver is a better team than Portland.

    Anytime Jokic is on the floor, Wood setting a pick for Harden should create a mismatch every time.

    Still a tough game bc Denver has depth and Rockets have none.
