I love Daryl Morey. Would have much preferred Morey still being with the Rockets, and Frittata being gone. That said, I'm a Rockets fan, so I don't want him to try and lure Harden for peanuts. So I'm ok with this fine.

By the way, what exactly was the tweet in question?

 

I think 50k is the max amount under the CBA. I think that’s what Silver said on his interview when he talked about Harden’s fine.

I loved morey but him being gone gives us more options. I am sure a few teams are reluctant to strike deals with him.

 

Thanks @bobloblaw. To be honest, I am surprised that is viewed as tampering and incurs a 50k fine.

Daryl would probably be better off spending less time on Twitter, to be honest, for his own good. He is so smart and seems like an awesome dude, but why get yourself in trouble.
