What is Currys resume without Durant? Go give it a double check. He had that one great Cinderella run year to win the ship. Kudos for that. Then he became an overrated media darling instead of being appreciated for what he is... Damian Lillard. Nothing bad about that. But a franchise cornerstone workhorse he is not.

Without their arsenal of ring chasing Iguoadalas and David Wests, and without the constantly allowed moving screens and undercuts of Bogut, Zaza and Green (which is what REALLY won in the playoffs all those years) they are irrelevant.

I'm so glad we are finally going to get to see it.

GSW became Curry's team in the 2012-2013 season (after Monta Ellis left). Durant joined in the 2016-2017 season. In that 3 year span, Curry won 2 MVP's, and the Warriors won a title. Curry also had one of the greatest seasons of all time.

So his resume without Durant is pretty good.

Should not have won in 14/15.
15/16 was a great season. His best by far

Yes, IMO, Harden was more deserving in 2015, but that doesn't change the fact that Curry won it.

Ben is Covid-19 positive. The rest aren't. I don't know about their availability.

I was really impressed by Wood’s hands. He made numerous tough catches in traffic on passes from Harden late in the fourth quarter and overtime. I also liked that Harden was quicker and more decisive with his moves, like he showed during the preseason. He wasn’t pounding the ball for the entire shot clock and also moved off the ball.

Ultimately, rotating off the Blazers hottest scorer last night with six seconds left in overtime cost them the game. However, considering Portland is a tough place to play, the Blazers have a talented team and the Rockets were nowhere near full strength, it was an encouraging first game.

Harden tends to do that a lot - going for kill shots... I would rather him drive

House has a big mouth with his "playmaking" abilities and showed none of it. Rookies outplayed him. Wood was not involved enough to my liking, he's a stud and my favourite player easily. I don't see a lot of difference between how we played last year as opposed to now with Harden there. No ball movement, not a lot of body movement, lots of guys going 1-on-1 so when Harden was off we looked awful. Also do not understand for the life of me why Tucker was guarding Nurkic in OT when we had Wood on the floor.

Lots of mistakes, but it's crazy we were in it anyway given our depth. Good effort from a lot of guys, we didn't shoot 50 threes - thank heavens - but we need our guys back to show off our potential. It's a good sign and just insane we almost won with all these rookies. Imagine at least 4 NBA caliber players coming back. We should be fine. Harden and Wood were outstanding and I liked we used depth.

Because we are extremely predictable. That is exactly why we need another ball handler next to james. It's nothing new.

when Wall comes back this will present an additional style of play. Its going to take work to get there but if this group stays together not only will they not be predictable they will be devastatingly good

Look the rookies played hard, but when they tried to drive, they ALL Had no counter moves and turned it over....all of them.

I liked how they played but none of them are starter level yet.
