Not always true. I can specifically bring up several occasions where the media had axes to grind and completely attempted to sabotage. Is there an underlying story with every hit piece? In most cases yes, but the way that some get twisted and manipulated into place to help with the narrative that they are trying to paint are sometimes criminal.

I am not saying that’s the case here but to just say the media just is doing their jobs is just as much of a cop out as saying media conspiracy.
