In this day and age of the load managing superstar, I will always support a throwback player like harden who stays out of politics and social issues and just handles his business on the court. Even if this trade request is real. The fact that he is still practicing with the team, answering questions at media day, and supporting his teammates. That is professionalism. I can go back to the days of tmac and Yao earning millions of dollars and being on injury reserve every other month. Harden is a true professional, plays through injuries and for that I tip my cap to him and will always support him. If harden has indeed demanded a trade, then I respect harden for not pulling a Anthony Davis or kawhi. Now let’s see if we can get to the trade deadline with an excellent record and he changes his mind and signs the extension.
