Whelp I hope in the long run, harden insistence on leaving will either light a fire under tilman ass to invest more in the team if he really wants Harden to stay. Or he will ship harden ass at a sht value and suffers for it.

How? Your hate for Harden really has you wanting us to take any deal ASAP. This is a franchise altering decision.

Stone hold your ground. Trust me a few games with C Wood and Harden balling his value will get higher.

Right now his off the court issues and that fake leaked report has teams hesitant but once he gets on the floor and balls out they will come calling. Stone needs to stay strong. It is a what have you done for me lately league and optics matter

I don’t hate harden I have always loved James till recently.

And all in all I honestly just want players who want to be here and play for this team and city.

I rather have a team full of GG then to have harden on this team with one foot in and one foot out.

Good to see our asking price is high, as it should be.

well u need to keep in mind that this Harden trade will shape the next 5+ years of Rockets basketball...the Rockets are nothing close to being screwed for taking their time and not just accepting whatever is out there at the moment like u want them to

many organizations overhype what they have and think they’re about to do big things this time of year...once actual games start and reality hits, all of the sudden, the Rockets asking price for James Harden might not be looking all that high to them anymore

also, there’s some organizations who might be having 2nd thoughts about Harden because of all the hit pieces and the smear campaign that went down who might need a few weeks of watching James average 33, 6, and 7 to get over any lingering doubts

and then, who knows, maybe the team looks really good and Harden re-commits as highly unlikely as that may be because make no mistake, that is the best option and the option the organization is praying for

Harden may have 1 foot out the door, but he has at least been engaged in practice and was playing hard in preseason, and I have no doubt he will continue to play hard during the regular season...he is not pulling a Vince Carter and playing at 50% because he wants out

Looks like Denver, Philly, Toronto, Brooklyn and Boston left.

My favorite potential offer is Denver, but I’d have to see what they are putting on the table.

    Heat will circle back.
Problem is they have no space to do this deal

I didn't mind the logistics of a potential Heat trade, but I can't say I see this as bad news. Sounds like the Rockets are sticking to their guns.

This sounds like a three horse race...

    Denver
    Boston
    Philly

    We're gonna rake it in.

Good, I don't want that pu pu platter of role players Miami was offering.

Other than the ages of the players, it wasn't any better than the Nets offer. Duncan Robinson and Tyler Herro? Seems like a glorified Steve Novak and Chandler Parsons to me. Smart move by Riley to try to sell high after overachieving in the bubble playoffs.

Any way we can get Murray? Murray and Porter Jr? Is this likely to happen before the season starts?
