Most fans would agree that Woods is a solid player with a lot of potential. Rockets management saw this and that’s why they brought him here. The guy can flat out score as he did last year with Detroit. Can attack in so many ways. It’s not just this one game. His defense though has been questionable evidenced by Casey’s frustrations with him last year and his lapses in this pre season game.

 

Yep, he needs to improve his defensive awareness.

Also putting longer defenders around him will hide some of his deficiencies and maximize his learning curve.

James Harden has made this too personal for it to even be about what makes sense basketball wise and that pisses me off. Now I'm at a point where if his mind is made up already then gtfoh. I want to see the Rockets win first and foremost and I want players here that have a winners mentality.

 

Then you need to calm down and realize that keeping Harden gives Rockets the best chance for all that.

To be honest you’re right. He wants to be traded to be with embiid and a bunch of scrubs but in Houston he has Wood who plays just like embiid plus Wall, Tucker, Gordan and Cousins which is a much more talented core group than Philly.....Harden is making a huge mistake to want to go to Philly.
