Man, is this guy talking about the same Lakers who got ALL the calls against the Kings a few years back to win game 6 in order to send it to the 7th game??? or the same Lakers team that has Kobe who yells out that's a foul while taking a shot and the refs blow the whistle even thought it wasn't a foul....Man I HATE the Fakers with a passion. Peace.

Man, its like that on every board. Every team seems to think the refs are out to get them, thats why I don't like the "Its the refs fault" excuse...sure, they'll screw up a few plays, but overall they're pretty fair.

I'm out on the west coast this week, and all anyone says is how SF and JVG spend so much energy whining...

The consensus out here is that Shaq will foul out on Friday night.

i thought phil jackson was the master of whining to the public (to get a reaction from the officials). they were even talking about it on sportscenter.

anyway, isnt talking about how SF and JVG spend so much energy whining also whining (by the fans)??

i hope Shaq does foul out on friday. lakers fans and more specifically shaq himself should get a chance to know how rockets fans and players felt in 1999 when hakeem didnt even get a chance to play.

You have just quoted a rare species' comments. The Lakers are leading 2 to 0. I do not see anyone be worried at all. On the other hand, the Rox should be worried. The Rox is closer to sumer vacation by the day ...

I don't know of any team's fans that think the refs are out to get them as much as Laker fans. Particularly when the rest of the league thinks that they get all the calls.

I can't remember who posted it last year, but someone asked if Dick Bavetta counted against the Laker's salary cap... :D

    hahaha he probably does!

I mean we might be homers for the Rox but at least we have some sort of reality. I cant believe the Fakers dont think the refs are on their nuts.

i've been noticing Kobe shouting foul before he even shoots the ball lately and the flopping is getting on my nerves. How do you respect that person as a BB player when you notice things like that. Laker fans better realize that once we get half the calls the Lakers get its game over for the Lakers.

That's down-right disturbing and disgusting how they call themselves, "nutriders" and "jockers".

I hate whinning about Refs, but they did screw us sometimes. A winning team needs all the breaks it can get to win, even the Bulls need a break every so often.

About the foul calls and comments by both coaches....

On PTI yesterday (I think), they were talking about Phil and JVG's comments to the media. I dont remember exactly what they were discussing on the show but at the end when they go over the errors, the stat guy said the foul count was like 43-44. I forgot who had the extra foul, but yeah so far, pretty equal

And they also made a lousy poll that who is the clutch ,Kobe or Webber. Nearly all the people voted for Kobe!
    It's really sickening.
You could take this poll as who is in Los Angeles Lakers,Kobe or Webber.
I think that could happen only in Lakers site .

Just can't stop laughing!:D Kobe is not MJ. Those freaks think Kobe can carry the entire team without Shaq.

Yeah, but Kobe is a thousand times more clutch than webber. You could take that poll in any city outside of Sacramento and the results would be the same.

Not that game 6 a couple of years ago...you dont remember the league actually apologizing for the horrid refereeing. I still remember that play where Kobe was going up for a layup, just him and Christie on one end, and Christie jumped with him but pulled away plain as day about 3 feet from Kobe....FOUL!! That was the worst officiating I have ever seen....even worse than MJ fouling Russell for that game winner
