show me a 6-9 gentleman who can defend perimeter players and hit 38+% from 3 who is not an all-NBA caliber player?

Unemployed 6-8 guys are Kenneth Faried types.

Well Jeff Green was one we picked up - and they don't have to be 6'9" they can be TALLER - I would have like Bruno to play some, and Hartenstein was developing his 3pt shot.

And if your metric is 38% or better, most of the ones we picked up did not even shoot that - quite a few Rockets were in the 35% ish category and that is not that hard to find.

We went with undersized players - you don't need to all be undersized to play the switching defense.

    That was the flaw, IMHO.

No, we did it with the best players available. Big difference.

PJ playing the way he has been is not the reason we have been losing. If anything it was because we didnt go small against the Warriors more the second time is the reason we lost.

No they dont dude. And tall doesnt really matter if you dont have to foot speed to keep up on the perimeter.

That's because height is overrated. I dont even know what you're argument is here? That we would have had a better chance with Clint instead of Covington with Westbrook on this team? That's not the case.

    You are the flaw.

You say one thing then contradict yourself in next instance.

You're not listening - Jeff green proves the point. If there were 3 Jeff greens, the Rockets would have signed them all. There was 1. So they did.

Rockets still need anothe Jeff Green on this roster.

But Jeff's skillset combined with his size is not that easy to find or acquire.

I'd rather have AG for the money and youth.

Plus AG isnt a douche bag.

What’s the world come down to that we have to accept the Simmons or the Herros of the world for an all time great. 2020 was truly an evil year

Hope you're right and better yet, he's traded to the Rockets.
