The Rockets don't have to do s*** and I'm glad they aren't (so far). If he wants to come back and play as part of this team WHILE they look for an acceptable deal, then fantastic. The impression I got from Wall is he has taken control of the team, it seems like he and Cousins planned on making a run together which is why he wanted out of Washington in the first place. I wouldn't be surprised he saw Harden as a trade asset in the first place.

I know everyone is bummed about Harden but this is best case scenario news considering he wants out. He's going to be professional, realizes the Rockets need leverage to make a move, thus they will get the best return possible for him.

I'm excited to see what they get out of the deal. Just don't want to include Gordon in there to save $, maximize the return at all costs.
