Kd didn't look half bad himself today, and kyrie is getting seriously underrated. But that's also the problem i think, Kyrie is much better than Wall and would have a problem deferring to Harden. Harden might have to pay second fiddle when it comes to ball handling to Kyrie and get the least credit for their success.

Yes, Miami for the team and for Harden himself makes much more sense if there's going to be a trade.

The rest of the garbage? He recruited Boogie and Wood, wanted Ben and is PJ's butt buddy.

House and EG are solid rotation players and Nwaba should be too.

We should not have traded Roco. With this team our defense would have been devastating

Ehh there is a lot in play. First for the purposes of the Rockets Wall is a vastly superior player if healthy and motivated. He is better defensively, he is far better at generating ball movement and he can actually play off ball and hit long range shots.

Also Nwaba makes a big difference if he is healthy. He is an elite defender against 1-3’s, hits open shots and excellent on both sides of the ball in transition.

Boogie Cousins rebounds and passes very well and can hit 3’s. He also gives the Rockets length and can create mismatches. Defensively he has some issues.

Eric Gordon is going to be a different player as he was playing last year injured and had to comeback in a hurry for the playoffs.

Guys like Sterling Brown and others are better than what the Rockets had depth wise.

The Rockets will miss Covington and I don’t know what Wood gives them but I can say this team is better than the one last year.

The Rockets at times will miss Westbrook’s ability to carry a huge offensive load, but the overall game of Wall and the additions more than make up for it if Harden is motivated.

He kind of did though, certainly by his standards. Wall had a better game tonight than KD did. Also, Kyrie would have to be included in any deal for Harden, and even if he wasn't, he's never had a fully healthy season ever. I just don't see the Nets being all that good even if they did swing a Harden trade. A playoff team for sure, but a championship contender? I don't think so.

Who are the Heat trading for Harden in your hypothetical? Also, there's a reason Butler didn't want to come to Houston, he doesn't want to play with Harden, he wants to be the top dog, so he'd have to go in any trade for Harden or the locker room would be cancerous.

That is your opinion and the rumour is Herro as the center piece. Again you think Butler wouldn’t have given Riley the green light to go after harden? It seems highly improbable that Riley would be after Harden without any substantial input from Butler.

Oh bkn without kyrie is also < this Hou team. And hou is probably not taking anything less. So Kd/harden/kyrie discussion is all hypothetical anyways, not gonna happen. But when in Harden's imagination, he should consider those things I was saying.

Sounds like a really terrible offer, better add A LOT to it if you want to get the Rockets' attention.

Also, do we KNOW that the Heat are actually after Harden, or is it just a team that has had their name thrown out there?

If Butler wanted to be Harden's sidekick, he'd have done so in Houston.

    Yikes.

You clearly think A LOT of the broken corpse of what was once KD.

That says we know their name was thrown out there by Harden, not that they are actually after Harden. Harden can name any team he wants, it doesn't mean that team actually wants to give up what it would take to get him or that their players actually want him on the team.

    Ah, I misread. Agreed.

There are links by insiders linking him to Miami by Miami Insiders. Beat writers and journalists heat beat writers. The heat are open to trading Herro for Harden is pretty definitive dude

Butler does want to play with Harden. He has made it clear he would like Harden in Miami
