    I’m loyal to the name on the back of the jersey. Luckily, the name on the back of my jersey says “Rockets”.

    The front says “abibas”.

    I should stop buying bootleg jerseys.

    That's what I like about Harden, one of the few Durant, Lebron type players... They ride or die with the team no matter what. Aside from scoring, passing and being a leader if there is something that defines Harden its LOYALTY...

    If you were Harden would you be inclined to be more or less loyal to Tillman? And can you even blame Fertitta? Have you never felt good about buying something you wanted on sale and saving money on it so you could use for casino investments?

    People that think James Harden can only play one way need to go back and watch all star game and national team tapes. When he has good reliable teammates, he has shown to defer to them.

    I root for my team, no matter who's on it. The players will have my full support, but also my critism when it's due. I get it, some people are fans of players and will follow a player wherever they go, but my Team is and will always be The Rockets. The name on the front matters. Before this group and after this group

    Debatable. But when u see posters on here demanding for sht trades in the name of team loyalty to get rid of our best player, that doesn't help the team.

    A Fan with Blind loyalty to a team regardless of how bad its being run is just as dumb as a player only fan.

    Loyalty is a two way street. Loyalty simply to a logo and not the player's the make it up is stupid to me. It's not about "x only fans" it's about not acting like a SLIME BALL and rooting for dude's who have brought your team success.

    Im not directing this at you btw.

    I've been a rockets fan for far longer than Harden's been on the team but you have to realize this is the underdog fan trap.

    It's much easier to root for Luis Scola overachieving to get us to the playoffs than Harden failing in the conference finals. But, unless you can go back in time to the low scoring early 2000's you're gonna need one or more superstars to win a championship.

    Having Harden come back and work within the offense should be top priority. Anything else may resort in us being 'fun to watch' but without a superstar we'll be taking a step back.
