Interesting that the hit job the media has taken out on Harden for the last 5 years or so has really implanted itself into the average NBA fan. Is there any question Harden is the most underrated star player in NBA history? If you’re concerned about giving up Herro for James ****ing Harden log off the internet.
I really think Heats will make an offer December 25th when eligible of Herro Olynek Iggy Nunn Precious and KZ (and whatever picks) for Harden and PJ Not saying Houston takes it. But that’s probably what Riley will offer and then decide to sit back and wait.
You would need to try and flip Andre and Kelly plus a pick to the Knicks for something dave some cash
Does said team want said player? James Harden would t have any issues in Miami fitting in because he practices hard and because they are good enough to win a title. Riley wants Harden because he knows what he has done and is capable of doing, being the best player on a championship team. The question for the Rockets is how highly do they value Herro and how much do they value having 35 million in cap space next year.
Yes. Definitely possible it would require a third team simply for the fact that that’ll require cuts for the Rockets. Just meant that is what’s probably outgoing for Miami. Which would leave them with Harden Butler Bam Robinson PJ Dragic Bradley Harkless Leonard Damn good 9 man rotation. Not as deep as last year but obviously the top gets heavier with Harden
They are waiting to see if Giannis signs the extension in Milwaukee or not. If Giannis signs the next day Miami will officially make an offer in my opinion
Ya I don't think teams are worried about that. If Harden wins it all on that team then sure they'll want to extend him. If not. They immediately rebuild. And have 40 something of space to do it. 50 mil 35 yr old harden is uhm... ya...
But what if he doesn’t and they still trade for Harden and then trade Dragic and Bam for Giannis and then they have Harden Butler Giannis Robinson G League G League G League G League Mind Blown Emoji ! (*im joking)
Lulz. Harden has won how many championships? Any team lead by Harden is not a championship level team, there is more than enough data to support that claim.
This is the crux. Ben has been playing basketball for how many years, and still can't ****ing shoot the ball from anywhere outside 1'. Right now Ben Simmons is Andre Iguodala. Remind me again how many championships the 76ers and Nuggets won paying Andre a **** ton of money to be their #1 guy? Give me a guy that can shoot the ball every time over an athlete that can't.
I think people are really not understanding the appeal of Herro. He was a 20 year old rookie that in his 1st playoffs put up a 16-5.1-3.7 line on a .520 eFG% and .557 TS%. You know who else had a similar line, James Harden in his 3rd year of the playoffs, the same playoffs where he choked in the finals to the Heat, but still showed enough to make Morey want him as his projected franchise star. Based on Harden's production everyone on this board would have been pissed to high heaven had the Rockets traded a healthy Tracy McGrady or Yao Ming for James Harden. Both guys were of similar age has Harden, though both were slightly older when Harden was trading to the Rockets, opposed to now when Harden might get traded for the next young projection.
