“In his reply brief, [Trump] ‘asks that the Rule of Law be followed,'” Trump-appointed Judge Ludwig observed, in a ruling dismissing his case with prejudice. “It has been."
He really is an arrogant son of a bit**. This no mask smug pompous I do as I want attitude is why we got in this situation. He really is a pathetic excuse of a leader. Our country's biggest mistake yet. I have kicked myself for 4 years for voting for that pig. Why did Hilary have to be his opponent? Ugh. I didn't trust her, and couldn't stand Donald, but I never in my wildest dreams expected him to be so dangerous. I also never expected him to stir up such a defiance to science and experts in saving lives, or to divide our country just out of selfish arrogance. I can't wait until he is gone.
LOL... the trump legal team is just as dishonest and incompetent as the shmuck they are representing...
You didn't trust the most vetted person on the planet? To do what? When you know every scratch would be scrutinized. Over a man with 3 wives, 6 bankruptcies and 1000 law suits, that paid off a p*rn star for sex while his wife just had a baby? Welcome to the light but goddam.
There really should be 4 parties, Democratic Socialist, left leaning Democrats, right leaning Republicans and Nazis.
I knew he was an arrogant womanizer, but yeah, I actually fell for his BS of Making America Great. Certainly not to the point of buying any of his MAGA garbage, but to me at the time I felt it was a lose lose situation. I actually would have voted Bernie over him, and he's a bit extreme for me, but I felt the rest of the Democrats would tame him down a bit. I had always voted Republican, but mark my words. I see that party in a completely different light now, after this pandemic. I will never vote for any of those guys in the GOP that kissed Trump's as* when they go up again.
I think (without evidence or deep thought) the structure of dual chambers presents an obstacle to Euro style coalition government. If we eliminated the electoral college, and went straight parliamentary, multiparty would work here.
I'd actually vote for a moderate, but it always ends up being Democrat or Republican that wins. We do need a Moderate party that has a legit chance of winning. They would have my vote. The problem is right now that if my vote gets wasted in another election and a Republican like Cruz or Abbott won I'd be sick.
Some of the replies are quite solid...so far my favorites are Wu Klux Klan, VotedOutkast, and Tribe Called Q
In other countries, I think when there are multi-party systems, the result is a coalition government. I'm really ignorant of political systems around the world, but I think extreme right parties have representation (like parliamentary seats) throughout Europe, but I don't think they're included in any current majority coalition government. Sigh, I have to go down this rabbit hole now to verify.
