    Instead of 20M/2 years maybe we can just give PJ 20 for 1 year? Then you can trade him 1 for 1 for Hield or Aaron Gordon just by adding picks. That way we can get a forward AND keep EGo. Git er done Mor.....Stoney

    It's fair and reasonable to want both.

    But it takes one to get the other (plus FRP & most likely a 3rd team).

    And if you had to chose just ONE of these Gordons ....

    No hesitation, you take THIS GUY!!!!



    The GOAL is to beat the champion Lakers and other big teams in East and West.

    EGo will NOT help Rockets achieve that goal, he is NOT the answer.

    Harden gives the Rockets THE best chance to win the championship, nothing else matters.

    And the Harden is a horrible teammate narrative is BS, but that is neither here nor there.

    Don’t think Aaron Gordon is a good fit with Ben Simmons. So unless you know you’re not ever trading Harden for Simmons it doesn’t seem to make sense to me.

    Starting 5 defense is pure crap.

    More shooting but giving up that much defense makes team weaker than Mavs team last season. Same Mavs team that barely made the playoffs even with their historically best offense.

    And where is Tucker?

    He was not part of your trade scenario.

    I think this is a move you make when Harden seems like he’s on board. But besides that, Simmons is likely the only player Gordon wouldn’t fit with in a hypothetical Harden trade. Everyone else...Herro, Brown, Murray...would all be fine with Gordon.
