    That means it's 7-2 to not hear the case. It would have then been 9-0 dismissed on multiple fronts. Freakin Alito and Thomas, smh. Now it's time for Colorado to sue Texas for not having stricter Covid rules and continuing to spread it. Alito and Thomas would vote to hear the case, lol.

    No one will ever know. But if you are posting rhetorical questions, its just as easy and perhaps closer to fact that President Biden would likely not have needed to, since I don't know if the pandemic would have been as much of a crisis if Biden was President. I also thinks its a fair to say that the President Biden administration will be more successful at the distribution of the vaccine based on trump's bungling of everything else.

    I put more blame on the people for the spread. But you're right, it is just hypothetical. Maybe it wouldve been worse.

    It’s not hypothetical.

    Those people were lead by good leadership from Trump who took covid very seriously from day 1. For sure we know that Biden wouldn’t have taken it seriously and the people would thus took it seriously.
