This is why we have a federal system and a system of checks and balances.

Also what about states like WI where there is only a narrow majority or have switched in recent years between red and blue? Four years ago they went Red and this year they went blue, in both cases very narrowly. This year GA has gone blue and so did AZ while states like IA and NC went blue for Obama yet have gone Red for Trump. Assigning those states to either a Red or Blue America isn't going to make many in them happy.

Honestly this is a ludicrous argument. Splitting the country isn't going to happen and it isn't going to make everyone happy. It didn't make people happy in 1860 and it isn't going to make many happy now.

    Exactly.

    No laws were broken.

Trump has more than had his day in court.

The election is over Trump has lost. All that can happen now is the desperate hope of overturning it by non-democratic means.

Again Biden in TX won 5.2 Million votes. That's more votes than the population of several states. Trump got 5.9 million votes TX's population is about 30 million. While Trump won the state neither Trump or Biden voters are a majority of TX.

Dec. 11 and Donald Trump being the winner of the election on Nov. 3 is still just an idea.

The hypocrisy I find particularly hilarious is that for 50 years the GOP has presented themselves as the party of State's Rights.

Mass deportation and movement of people to R and B states that align with their political views. That including splitting up families. The short term pain is worth the long term happiness of two mini-United States. To future proof this happiness, all children are required a political check when they come to age and relocated to align their political view. We can call it the happy physical echo chamber act of the US.

They can have choose which one they want to be a part of say every 16 years. That way it's more stable and they don't flip every 4 years. Having more people governed by the philosophy that aligns with them will make people happier. Yes.

This isn't about splitting the country, it's about have laws that you are more comfortable with. Texas can ban abortion, have strict voting laws, get rid of all social handouts, pollute to its heart content, get rid of affirmative action, even engage in separate but equal policies. They can have private schools and religious rights can be placed at a max. They can have a flat federal tax. They can have free gun laws. It makes sense.

Honestly, calling this stupid and ugly farce "crazy" is an insult to those sad humans who have lost their minds. I have a ton of sympathy for those folks, and zero for those aligning themselves with this TX AG stunt. It's just sad that they can do such a thing, relying on the lack of curiosity, decency and reason in the core of their support.

At this point, we might as well split America. It's not like we're going to be governing anyway. Just give the conservatives a bunch of who gives a **** states and they can create a conservative utopia. It's a win/win for both sides.
