Could not have said it better myself. A LOT of *half truths* are out there. Consider the source. Consider not just what is said......but what is UNSAID.

It gets more rare when the employee gets summers off and over $100,000 a day.

I dont think Ty Lue is THE reason why Harden quit. Its just the last straw that broke the camels back.

By all indication the 3 finalists were Silas, Lue and JVG. It doesnt take a genius to know that out of the 3, Silas is the cheapest option. Lue won a championship, JVG is a respected veteran coach, both of them would command a higer salary over a rookie head coach.

Harden realized that once again Tilman is cutting cost and watching his bottom line. So he's like this cheap mother*****. I'm out.

Especially one that signed a legally binding contract. Those who "quit jobs for less", is he referring to those people who signed a contract of service? Kind of a bad example bro.

Look Silas is the head coach and Lucas is the assistant. If Silas flames out then Lucas can step up to the chair! Harden just needs to give Silas a chance and if it do 't work out in the first couple .months toss Silas out!

Don't make too much sense, it messes up the equilibrium on CF.

The sheep on here need the demagoguery and the fake narratives.

Silas is here for the long haul.

I really hope this is the case but he must establish a much better relationship with Harden.

Statistics dont mean nothing without context. You really think Mavs offense was best of all time? Lol
Back in the days when scores where 80 a game then a player scoring 18 was top of the league. With increased possesions, refs holding defenders on short leash and overaly different game we see some crazy numbers right now. What mavs did may be statisticaly top current offense but dont give me that „all time”

also as you said, he was assistant. Head coach is another thing including interpersonal decision and leadership not just tactical schemes

all I said is that it was the highest rated of all time which is simply a fact...don’t care about all that stuff you’re talking about

Clearly was the best spacing on Offense that last season.

They were very mediocre defensively, but still could compete with the Clippers.

They were good but let's not get ahead of ourselves. RS stats mean **** too and as a Rockets fans we should already know that. You got guys that play hard every night like James and Russ and you got guys like LBJ that use regular season as a training before playoffs where they unleash their real version

    Haha. No doubt.

Doncic 21, Porzingis 24 going strong, that's probably some major development though.

Haven't seen it since Harden was 23.

Stephen Silas is so intelligent. He does have a mix of different offensive systems.

James Harden never gave Stephen Silas a chance to talk to him.

If Ty Lue screams at James Harden, I know for a fact he will want Ty Lue Fired.

Even though Ty Lue signs Millions of Dollars for 3 more years the Rockets are stuck with.

Tillman is right about this hiring of Stephen Silas. The Rockets Front Office I think took really long in researching these Coaching Candidates. The Front Office did a Great Job.

Stephen Silas is the best choice by far.

Ty Lue is a risk to be paid that much and James Harden doesn't like Ty Lue.

It's Me or Him Mentality by James Harden.

Just Like Chris Paul, Dwight Howard, Kevin McHale. The Rockets know this.

Stephen Silas is the Future, players absolutely Love Him.

I thought he wanted John Lucas.

So many different theories, so much speculation. Part of me thinks that all this stuff is media-manufactured drama to drum up some interest in the NBA in the middle of a pandemic.

calling timeout is important. MDA always dont call.it to make the team in the hell. T lue and JVG are good. If JVG can be the assistant coach, it will be great.
