[Russillo] 76ers waiting on Rockets for Simmons / Harden deal; also PJ Tucker wants out

Thybulle is our immediate Tucker replacement, younger with more upside. Hield fills the EGo role, but better, and hopefully CWood turns into Pascal Siakam

 

TF should let that shyte go, Morey played him like a maestro.

But that was on TF. Take the best deal for the Rockets and keep your Napolean complex out of the day to day operations like you've stated.

76ers would make this trade in a heartbeat. Harden is much better than Simmons. If this goes down then I really hope it is not a one-player trade. 76ers needs to spice it up a bit by maybe adding Tobias. I am sure Rockets is asking for more and they rightfully should.

Simmons is still younger and still has upside.
Better that we get a younger player than some older player who's past his prime.

 

ps Harden is not best offensive player right now, and not all time. Morey was just PR bullshiting with you, nobody believes that around the league and nobody will pay for that.

He is top 5 player with attitude issues, aged 32. And he will be valued like that

 

The Rockets should absolutely NOT let the media bully them into thinking Ben Simmons is a superstar. He's essentially a bigger version of WB, but worse because he can only score at the rim. No offense can operate with space with Simmons on the court. Hes a huge liability. The media wants Harden in Philly so they're basically pushing this "Ben Simmons is the best trade" crap.

Ben Simmons will come here and be traded after 1 year
