Yes look at how the league is doing the Rockets. They want so badly for Harden to leave.

It's pretty awesome how every casual NBA ****-for-brains is assuming zero health for Wall and Cousins while also expecting Harden to get traded to whatever team they want for garbage. But the second a Rockets fans counters with the fact that, if healthy, this is a deep, talented roster that can actually make noise in the West, we're delusional morons. Honestly, everyone has an agenda in this, and it's getting really ****ing annoying having to constantly wade through horseshit day in and day out just to get some fair and measured news about our team.

If Harden is traded in a **** deal, and Wall and Boogie cant play, we could be close to the bottom for sure.

Harden plays, Wall and Boogie are awesome, and we are a title contender.

How many teams will trade their starting PG and C in this league straight up for Wall, Wood and Cousin?

    LOL

As long as teams like the Knicks, Hornets and Kings exist, the Rockets won't be the worst team in the league.

The Rockets will be garbage without Harden.

My hope is they are so bad they get high draft picks.

However with the owner the Rockets have they will find a way to screw it up

With a million sources seeing the Harden issue as a payday for their little operation there is so much crap being put out about the Rockets to get clicks it is ridiculous.

    Just keep Harden.

the diva cares too much about his numbers historically.

keep him, make it clear they aren’t trading him for anything less than 100% return and he’ll play and play well.

if he plays and pouts or plays poorly you bench him. Or continue to play him and let him suck.

it’s his legacy at stake. And we know he cares about that.

I get that Tillman is in a jam, and you dont want to do things that are poor signals to FAs going forward....

BUT ... as I’ve said in another thread... I don’t think too many NBA players really like or respect Harden that much anyway, much less feel good about the way he’s going about this.

it’s one thing to be a FA and move. It’s one thing to say you want to be traded and will walk when the contract is up but report to work everyday. It’s one thing to maybe be injured and have an injury dispute.

but the way he’s going about it only harms the players going forward as you can be sure the owners will remember it in the next negotiations.

min other words I don’t think players will look any more unfavorably in the rockets FO if they just ask Harden to show up and do his job.

How did Tilman get vetted through, even from a financial perspective?

HA: He had to finance almost all the purchase, which he did with his business partner. He didn’t even have the highest bid. Leslie Alexander sold to not the highest bidder who didn’t even have the money he bid.

Do you know how much he was he outbid by?

HA: He bid $2.2B, as reported and some bids were as high as $3B but you could argue they had a hard cash value that was lower.

Even if you just removed Harden, looking at the current roster a statement like that is ridiculously implausible. On top of that, a “source” implies there’s some kind of insider information here when this is nothing more than a random power ranking at best.

My neighbor told me the Rockets are championship contenders is an equally useful headline.

Worst team in the league? I don’t think so but lottery if things go south? Sure, that’s not totally crazy.

And for Tilman, that’s well documented. Sorry Henry, no Rocket fan needs to pay to read that.
GM left, coach left, stars want out, cut corners, CP3 trade to Westbrook to Wall, Anderson to Knight to Shumpert, minimum free agent signings, no use of the MLE, on and on.

While it's obvious to most, just to be certain, you do mean WB Trade 1

mid you go to that guy Zak Noble Twitter feed someone just asked him about Jerami Grant and he said he thinks he can be a top 40-50 player so that tells you all you need to know about his analysis.

imagine Grant as the second best player on your team lol.

This gonna come down to leadership... You can see during the playoffs with Chris Paul here... his ability to command and to stay composed. Harden just did more of what Harden does... get frustrated when the ball is forced out of his hand and his teammates would have to step up. See HOU vs. LAC semifinal come back. That was lead by an old-ass J Smith/Brewer/J Jones/The Jet... with Harden on the bench. I hope Wall comes out like a real General/Alpha and kick Harden to the curb. #FakeNews #Clickbait
