I’m Sorry James Harden

I love harden, he’s probably my favorite player because of what he’s done for the team. I’m very disappointed in him right now though. A contract is a contract. You can work out your differences with an employer while remaining professional. I can’t respect this sort of behavior.

I have seen more rationality from posters in this one thread than I have just about ever seen on this forum. Great to see people getting that the Rockets should be taken no more seriously than a television show or reality tv. It's a pleasant (at times) distraction but often a train wreck. Either way, no one on sports forums should be losing any sleep or spending any time worrying about a basketball team. Go outside and bounce a basketball for a few minutes then come back in and tell us all how important that was to you.

 

Probably the most disappointing thing about the fact there wont be fans for most of the season is there wont be anyone there to boo James Harden.

 

As fans, we often feel it when the best player on the team wants out or behaves unconventionally. We can discuss their behavior and rightfully judge the good and bad of it. It is simple, if employees in any organization are not giving their 100% or fail to conduct according to certain standards then they will eventually be replaced. But at the end of the day, players owe nothing to the fans. Fan's feelings are their own problem and not players. We all do what is best for ourselves alone and if we are showing respect or getting along with our colleagues, it is also because of our own selfish reasons to have a positive perception among our peers. Simply said, it is what it is.

 

I am sorry not everyone appreciates you here and that the most talented members of the organization from the top down are fleeing. Good luck on your next team
