Also add Rivian to the rumor mill of companies that could be targeted by IPOF. As much as I like SOFI as a business, I wonder what type of hit they'd take if Biden wiped out $10K or $50K of student loans. Everyone I know who has used SOFI used them for student loans.

QuantumScape Corp. shares were up 44% to $83.06 after the company released positive performance data demonstrating that its technology addresses fundamental issues holding back widespread adoption of high-energy density solid-state batteries, including charge time (current density), cycle life, safety and operating temperature. The company said its solid-state battery is designed to enable up to 80% longer range compared to today's lithium-ion batteries. QuantumScape said test results show its solid-state separators are capable of working at very high rates of power, enabling a 15-minute charge to 80% capacity, faster than either conventional battery or alternative solid-state approaches are capable of delivering. The data show QuantumScape battery technology is capable of lasting hundreds of thousands of miles, and is designed to operate at a wide range of temperatures, including results that show operation at -30 degrees Celsius.
Another IPO to look out for tmrw is Hydrofarm HYFM if you want a potential weed play. I'm hoping it gets lost in the Airbnb IPO so it opens at a reasonable price. Their financials don't look great in terms of margins and I probably won't chase it if it opens far beyond the $14-16 range.
