Well he's here and he's under contract, so that really doesnt matter. And he's open to other contenders and we have all the time in the world. Lol no, we arent trading him before the season starts. Yeah I wouldn’t be so sure that this is anything more than a procedural step towards a trade. It might not be, but again, if you read between the lines, everyone is still hedging and doesn’t seem to know much. Silas hasn’t talked to him, Tillman says “hopefully”, we don’t know when he will be able to rejoin the team...all of that. I think he’s gone, but will be pleasantly surprised if I’m wrong.
Actually, Harden was just Stipper-packing (getting his fill) for the season. Because of COVID protocols, Strip Clubs are off-limits during the season.
I think this will go to the deadline now that hardens trade demand list of teams has expanded. The Rockets probaly asked him to give them till the deadline to find a good deal that will satisfy both parties. The Rockets now atleast can get a reasonable deal with some time on their hands and Harden can see if he what he has to work with in Houston which could potentially be good enough to entice him to stay.
