He does have some athleticism. I wonder how he did on Atlanta's Superman Drill?!

I hate to get into to this mess and my bet is in but, is it as simple as if Langhi starts the first game HP wins and if he doesn't HP loses????

Come on people, it's not that hard. If there is a new SF on the Rockets who plays in the game Oct. 31 before Langhi, HP loses. Langhi does not have to start for HP to win. The starting SF could be Walt, Bullard, or Anderson, or even Mo Taylor. But if there is a new player, a SF, who either starts or comes into the game before Langhi, HP loses. Otherwise, HP wins.

    Got it?

How many times has HP explained this? I'm not even in the bet and I know this. HP is arguing that a new SF via the draft, free agency, trade, etc. will not move ahead of Dan Langhi on the Rockets depth chart at SF on opening day. If Walt, Shandon, Bullard, or even Mo Taylor move ahead of Langhi, HP does not lose the bet. HP loses and you win on the condition that the Rockets acquire a new SF via the draft, free agency, or however and that new SF is ahead of Langhi on the depth chart come opening day. In addition, I believe HP stated that the Rockets must also have a 3rd PG on the roster (Sean Colson) in order for him to win. Correct me if I'm wrong HP.

By the way, this bet is too close to call if you ask me. For right now, I am staying out. I slightly lean toward's HP's side, because I still see our priorities this offseason being going big, and I think Walt will be our starting SF opening day. However, I do think we will draft a SF, such as Jefferson or Morris, with one of two picks on draft day. However, the question you have to ask yourself is, do you think that SF will be ahead of Langhi on opening day? It's very close, but my gut feeling is probably not that soon.

This will happen. But to make the bet easier to explain and to even out the betting, I took out this stipulation for anyone other than me.

That is, this still applies to me personally, but not to anyone else betting with me.

imo, the bet is clear pine. New players to the game are looking for loopholes so they don't have to take a risk.

This is a bet, one that HP is losing, cmon, convince some others to your hopeless side hp.

I got it. And I'm on the fence on this one.

No doubt there WILL be a third point guard on the roster, although he may be on the IR on opening day.

Any small forward acquisition by trade or free agency will leap frog Lanky. Ditto top ten pick. Otherwise, Lanky goes in first.

    Unless he's injured, of course.
