    When we needed him to build up his trade value last season he tanked; shooting 31.7% from 3 for the season
    and 25% from 3 in round 1 vs the Thunder.

    Now I’m suppose to believe he really wants to hit his goal of 40% from 3 this season.......and get himself traded.

    Good luck with that Houston.

    Eric been threw alot here, and is a great guy. He probably one of the true professional players on this team, and play like it is a business. If Harden leaves he probably would get more of a role here, harden is just a ball hog straight up.

    I just appreciate a guy who keeps it real. He will say whats on his mind, and it rubs people the wrong way. Doesnt mean he doesnt care about the team. I think he is still a terrific player, way more than all fickle fans make him out to be. Now its harden+russ fans vs eg lol

    With the right touches, this dude can average 20 easy.

    what's the 'change in culture' to which he refers? Is he merely talking playing style - or is this a MDA/DM rip?

    When I think of an organizations 'culture' I think more about values and how they conduct themselves...

    I feel like this is getting blown out of context. "It's a change in culture" isn't a positive or negative inheritanly. Could just get EG acknowledging there's a change
