Late to the party on this thread, but if she wants her son to win a ring, she needs to tell him that he ain't gonna win it at the strip club in Vegas.

If my kid had the talent, I'd tell to go out and earn that ring by carrying a team on his back. She's telling him to rely on others to win it for him. I'll never tell my son that. If you want something, go out and bust your a$$, put in the work, and fking win that damn ring.

I know what Harden feeling. Tilman just acquiring some injuries players and the untrustable assistant coach to see the miracle. Also Tilman does not want to pay tax for all star players. Harden is old and does not have the time to get the ring. Even previous year getting westbrooks or cp3, it doesn't mean it can reach western final only.

No nba star is going to sit out a season. It's not the nfl. Their is very little incentive for them to do so.

They not only do NOT get paid. The contracts length remains the same. As time ticks away, so does their reputation and legacy as well as their athletic prime.

Hardens dumb mistake isn't requesting a trade or even not showing up to practice. It's thinking jetting around the country, partying indoors, in the midst of the worst weeks of one of the worst pandemics in u.s. history is good idea.
