I'm excited. Maybe Wall/Cousins will redeem themselves and come back at 80% the player they use to be. With no Harden, we are likely fighting for a play-in option, but should be fun regardless. I'm genuinely excited about this team, which I didn't think would be possible just a month ago. It just goes to show you that our fandom goes beyond one player.
I want this team to go out and have fun and enjoy what they've got going on with a fresh start. Harden can watch from the outside if he continues to play his hand the way he has. If he chooses to return, then they can have that discussion and see how to best do that. I get it, the owner is complete garbage but the fans have had his back and supported him (most of us at least). Regardless of what his mom-agent thinks, he's going to need to regain OUR trust.
In case anyone hasn't seen the entire interviews or they haven't been posted yet : No official Houston Rockets PJ Tucker video yet on their channel (*ahem*), so I posted a 2nd hand video :
It's not about Silas, but Silas is responding like it's about the team... so ... it's about Silas now.
Ststistically the best defender against AD all playoffs and he's worthless? If the Foster didn't screw him over in game 2 we win that one also.
When Tucker stopped taking shots during the regular season, it was because he was playing through an injury he suffered against the Timberwolves in January. He had nerve damage in his right shoulder, which led to numbness in his shooting hand.
