Twist tie... I've always done it this way. Mywife used to always go with the spin and tuck or knot but she realized the bread went stale faster and converted. The plastic clip is the worst for bread though, imo.
Who the hell has a twisty tie drawer? Nobody can even find the one theyre using after the 2nd or 3rd reopening.
