    I use those plastic clips. Takes less effort than twist ties.

    Twist tie... I've always done it this way. Mywife used to always go with the spin and tuck or knot but she realized the bread went stale faster and converted. The plastic clip is the worst for bread though, imo.

    You have to purge the air first, or yeah, you're gonna get stale bread.

    I put bread and buns in the fridge and warm them when I’m ready. Stays fresh much longer.

    Who the hell has a twisty tie drawer? Nobody can even find the one theyre using after the 2nd or 3rd reopening.
