Bunch of assholes. Taunting Cuomo is the most hypocritical part. He tries to set restrictions and stop the spread and those jerks shove it in his face. Yet, if he did nothing the fingers would all point at him. Disgusting humans. I guess the Young Republicans are as selfish and stupid as the old ones in charge now.

This is the thing complicit people don't want to take time to consider. We're in a lockdown because people are selfish.

More people act selfish the longer it gets with these potential lockdowns. When my brain hears we have a vaccine sux months away, my first thought is I need to **** something up.

    It's a vicious cycle.

Let's say wearing a mask could simply reduce transmission by half (it's more but for the sake of discussion...). Someone else wearing a mask in the same room compounds that reduction (half times half) to 75%. So when everyone wears a mask, like they do in Asia, the chances of not getting it reaches the high 99%.

But if you do the same thing and dipshit Rudy Gulianni walks in the room blowing hot air through every available orifice, everyone falls back to the original single percentage of that mask's effectiveness which I made up at fifty percent.

People don't like math or science. They don't trust it because math can make people float on water.

I guess you can say we're fortunate for a sooner than expected vaccine to bail people out, but in hindsight we were probably doomed from the beginning without good leadership at the first crucial phase.

There is really no excuse for their blatant disregard of infecting others. They should not be allowed to hold any business, meetings, or hearings, without masks and putting others at risk. Their downright stubborn act of defiance to masks in solidarity for Trump is childish, immature, and irresponsible. They really set the bar for the lowest you can get in leading a country during a time they need you most.
