Best of luck in DC, Russ. Not your fault the Rockets made the terrible trade that brought you here. I actually think he'll fit well on the Wizards.
Even though I hated WBs game, that wasn’t his fault, even though I hated the trade immensely, that wasn’t WBs fault. but coming here to play with his BFF and demanding out after just 1 Covid season where he got injured and missed the first round of the playoffs?
He signed a max contract then wanted to sit out of camp and demanded a trade. I appreciate what he did for a bit at the end of the regular season, but I don't appreciate how he went out. He had a choice to not sign the contract, leave in free agency or sign a shorter deal to check his options.
Thank you for laying an egg in the playoffs, getting laughed off of the court by LeBron and for not reporting this year thus killing your trade value. You really exemplified and hammered home the concept of what constitutes a stupid trade. Lesson learned. But good luck.
Why did he ask out? He had one of his b est seasons. He wasnt Chris Paul but they were not beating the Lakees so its moot
Possibly the worst major acquisition in Rockets history depending on what picks convey to OKC. Didn't like his game or his leadership either in OKC or here. We mortgaged the future for him and he forced his way out after one year. Appreciation? Please.
