Stone's hand was forced on this one by Russ. Hopefully it works out. But really, whoTF knows? As long as he stays healthy, there's a chance.
Kinda lost here why would we make this trade? - Wall has a history of major injuries and hasn’t played in 2 years - Westbrook was doing great this season and didn’t do too hot probably because of COVID and the injury what are the pros and cons of this season? Hope harden stays, hope wall and cousins return to pre injury form? Idkkkkk
russ actually played well this year. i'm not a fan, but i don't see john Wall as an upgrade. Clearly Harden is gone.
he isn’t but that’s why we got a first with the trade. Paul was better than Russ and we gave up a ton
We might flip Wall at some point too - is he healthy? I figured we would need to take a risk - either Griffin, Love or Wall......and we got a first round pick too. DD
harden has to be traded. this doesnt make sense otherwise. wall is definitely not an off ball player. harden can be, but i doubt he wants to be. putting the ball in johns hands would only aggravate him more.
Thats what happens to stars when the play next to Harden... Every single player that was an All-Star before getting here has lost so much value before eventually being shipped out the door. Only player Harden has ever made better was Clint.
