Why are people ignoring the key signing here? The signing that pairs perfectly with James Harden. We now have a travelin' King and a Trevelin Queen.

He will be 4rth in the depth chart behind WB, Harden and EG. But yeah for only 3M a year we shoulda kept Rivers.

Rivers just doesn't want to be here.

True, but I think Rivers wanted out because of the uncertainty and desire for more minutes.

Dude just wanted a place to belong to. If the Rox sat him down and reassured him he'll be part of the rotation he would have stayed. I mean lets get real he went to NYC so its not like he wanted to be gone in case a rebuild happened...

Why? Not sure what rockets are doing with this. Why didn’t they shore up on Reggie Jackson or a vet backup? Why not Batum?

I think this is a training camp signing only. Backup pg's will probably not find us appealing because we cannot offer more than the veteran minimum, we have Westbrook and Harden handling all the minutes and playmaking duties, and we are no longer a contender. Why would Reggie Jackson choose us over the Clippers where he will likely start? Why would Batum choose us not knowing that we might trade Harden or Russ midseason? We're hardcapped. We can't afford anybody.

Man you are insufferable about certain players

There is a reason he is still available and he might not want spot minutes on Houston with a rookie coach.

But go ahead and bang away.

    LOL

Coming from you, that is over the top funny.

Are you ready to take your L or you just going to keep stalking me for attention?

So you are keeper of the L's?

How rich is it that you think you hold that much weight or that anybody is stalking you.

I am just tired of you going on and on about Shaq 'freakin' Harrison on multiple threads, he is a intriguing player who I have become aware thanks to you but dude give it a rest.

    Less is more.

On the injury contingency; I'd include players missing potential games if covid. So it may be a good call.

I don’t think the Clippers gave him anything more than vet min. Where did you hear he was likely starting? He did not start last season. Either team he will be playing behind stars. Just because we lost Roco we are no longer contenders? Interesting.
