I'm not sure if it's that heavy. Fans mostly know her by the roles she plays. It be like those old Shakespeare actors who cross played lady roles. She'll still play female roles if she wants to. Not sure she can play a role where she's told to stuff socks in her pants but people watch what Hollywood tells them to watch...

The world would be a lot better place if people took this stance to personal matters which are foreign to them. Sometimes you feel like a nut, sometimes you don't. It's not our place to know or say what makes someone whole.
I agree with you for the most part, I don't think kids that young should be transitioning but to say kids that young have no concept of sex or trans/cis/ect kind of misses the point, they can definitely identify with certain genders and realize something is wrong and parents have been pushing kids into gender roles forever. I definitely agree that some parents use these issues for attention.

This is sort of where I fall. I'm not one of these right wing weirdos who's obsessed with trying to delegitimize trans stuff and thinks it's some harbinger for the end of western civilization, but it is often confusing to me and I've definitely made a bunch of faux pas regarding labels, pronouns, "dead names," etc. It's done out of ignorance and laziness. I don't have any problem with it.

My former employer had a trans-friendly restroom policy for several years and there were never any issues. I never found myself looking at others' genitals to see how similar they were to mine. It was a non-issue as far as I could tell.
I was accidentally assigned to girl's gym class in 7th grade. Honestly though I don't find myself in locker room situations these days. When I did in the past, I was mainly disturbed by the old guys just letting it all out. That bothered me.
