I love watching the Rockets play however, I just can't stand watching the Lakers. They can't win this series because it seemed like I spent most of the game watching the KOBE shoot free throws. This guy isn't michale jordan, why the hell is he always shootin damn freethrows. Francis can drive and hit the floor and not get a call. But KING KOBE just camps at the damn foul line. NBA is a disgrace. Especially watchin on ESPN. where every freakin 5 seconds they have to aww at how good the Lakers are. ROckets get no respect. I really want us to kick the lakers a$$, butt it's not going to happen. I hope San Antonio sticks it to the Lakers next round. Soo the FAKERS won't win. getting two hall of famers and still losing, that is worth watching.

I hate Kobe, hes so arrogant. That And 1 play he got looked like he shot the ball after he had landed to me, he knows he did too and then hes gloating about it!

I say take him out good so we dont have watch him ever again :D

Why did Kobe shoot so many free throws? Because Houston couldn't stop him from penetrating, and by the time he was either at the rim or in the act of shooting, the only resort was to foul him. As Gm1 should've proven, defense begins before the offensive player gets the ball, not as a last resort. Give Kobe some different looks. Double him for a quarter or two, body him up with a single defender as much as possible for another quarter, press him in the back court, try to get him in foul trouble on the other end, try to take charges on him when he drives to the rim. Don't just double him as a rule while scrubs like Rush and Walton can 3s all night.

Kobe does get more calls than he should. but what's more disturbing to me is the lack of calls Steve gets. the guy seems to get hacked everytime he takes it to the hoop and no whistle.

If the Kobe wants to camp at the free throw line, I wish the Rockets would punish him. I mean Steve gets knock down most of time he drives to the lane. The Rockets should do the same to Kobe make him earn it. If the Refs are going to send him to the line better get in some hard fouls in to ware him out.

That's cuz Steve and Rox rep in the league aint good. He's got to play through that. I was pulling my hair out when Mo T was telling the ref about pushing, don't have to that. Talk to the officials if u have to but don't pout on nat'l TV. Eventually if u take it in enough the refs will have to give u calls.

That shouldn't matter. The fact that the rockets don't get calls because they whine is a problem with the LEAGUE and it's OFFICIALS, not the team. A foul is a foul whether the player whines or not.
