It didn't really dawn on me that the avg income for household in the US is 69k*. That generally means two couples working 15/hr jobs with overtime. I'm way past being amazed at how trump's cult members either ignore or are somehow unaware of the blatant hypocrisy of the guy, and of the Republican power structure that lined up behind him after he "won" the election, ready to plant their lips on his butt cheeks. trump rewarded them, giving them a gigantic tax cut that will continue until an honest administration, like Biden's, has an honest Congress willing to pass the necessary legislation. The miniscule tax benefit for "everyday Americans" buried in that tax cut? It's scheduled to disappear, but the billionaire's unneeded tax cut won't, and his damn fool supporters are oblivious to that fact. Just as they are oblivious to the fact that President Obama and Joe Biden left trump a growing economy in great shape. Just as they are oblivious to the fact that trump gave the country a trillion dollar budget deficit long before the pandemic reared it's ugly head. trump's supporters are blind, deaf, and most assuredly dumb.
